*#1. You need to find the "Confirm that you're human" → "Get Support" option*
*#2. How to get the "Get Support" option:*
1. Connect to a VPN and set server to *New York*
2. Now create a fresh Instagram account with an *Outlook or Hotmail* email
*#3. After creating the account you might get the "Get Support" option.*
This is rare. So if you don’t get it, you need to repeat the whole process 10-15 times back to back.
I’m sure you will get this option at least once.
*#4. After you get the option:*
Tap on *"Get Support"* and tell the AI:
My Instagram account got disabled
After that the AI will ask for your username and attached email.
Give it like this:
Username: @xyz
*#5. After giving the username, the AI will say "I'm unable to recover this".*
Then you have to send this text in reply:
Connect me with a human agent on xyz@gmail.com
_Put the email of your disabled account there_
Now the AI will connect you to a human agent.
*#6. Then the AI/Human will ask you some questions.*
Reply to whatever they ask. And make your reason/text according to your case.
