The Subaru day is over🚘

I dont think i’ve ever had a more Nostalgic experience of buying a car. This is a 1998 Subaru Impreza UK turbo 2000. I had one of these when i was 18. I kept it longer than I kept any car. In its day it was ridiculously fast, super reliable, relatively economical and about as cool as car as an 18 year old growing up in my era could afford on A skateboard shop assistant salary. I went everywhere in that thing and loved every minute of it. Fast foward 20 years and I realised today I never knew how good I had it. This car without doubt fuelled my obsession for performance cars. Today it’s a classic car and rapidly increasing in value. I was very lucky to buy this car from a Subaru collector. It’s a 4 owner car from new with just 37,000 miles, its totally original and has been beautifully preserved. There are very few examples like this left, especially UK Examples with this proveinence. #pscs_media

Вчера я нашел Lotus Exige S. Lotus – едва ли не единственная компания, которая до сих пор предпочитает действовать так, как действовали ранее все те, кого раньше называли «кустарями». Считаю, что они умеют и могут в красивый дизайн, который даже спустя десятилетия выглядит очень сочно, да даже если взять какие-то более новые модели то все равно можно увидеть как Lotus прекрасно совмещает современный дизайн с отсылками на узнаваемые формы, которые сразу по «знакомому» привлекают глаза.

Still chasing RAV4s 7000 km away from Paris! My 3rd RAV4 is the perfect holiday ride in Guadeloupe 🏝️ A 2000 model with fully painted bumpers, 5-speed manual and A/C, but no sunroof. It was sold new locally and kept by its original owner ever since (250k km on the island!) Still surprised by how well this car has been preserved despite 26 years in a sunny and humid environment. The paint hasn’t faded anywhere, and there’s no rust at all - actually, only the steering wheel has suffered from sun damage. I was glad to find the original maintenance booklet still in the glove box - somehow, these were printed locally in Guadeloupe! #pscs_media

I met a childhood hero! The original, short wheelbase Mitsubishi Pajero was hot stuff back in the mid-eighties. I had the Tamiya 1/10 radio controlled version. The handling was terrible, but it looked the part in its Paris-Dakar livery (at least before flipping over for the twentieth time). This one was first registered in October 1985 and looks largely intact and original, with stripes to die for. #pscs_media
