Martyr Captain Chakar Murad played a key and historic role in the success of Majeed Brigade's historic fidayeen Operation Zar Pahaz 4 (naval operation). Through his unmatched guerrilla expertise and guidance, he safely led the Majeed Brigade's fidayeens through all dangers to the navy camp and ensured the success of this great mission. Owing to his immense capabilities, unmatched diligence and the organization's unwavering trust, BLF included him among those responsible for the first operation of the highly important Karima Armed Assault Division unit. For the success of this first engagement and mission of KAAD, martyr Captain Chakar endured extreme hardship, difficult conditions, hard work and unmatched diligence, so that this revolutionary unit would succeed under all circumstances and a bright new chapter would successfully begin in the national freedom movement. Facing difficulties and dangers, he brought this historic and vitally important mission to success. He dealt the enemy such a painful blow and historic shock in the very heart of Turbat that its sting will be felt by generations to come. During this engagement, martyr Captain Chakar Murad offered his life to safely extract all the brave sarmachars and courageous fighters of KAAD and the Qurban unit, by sacrificing himself and writing an eternal history of protecting his fellow fighters. Martyr Captain Chakar Murad was an extremely strict, principled and disciplined fighter within the BLF. For him, upholding the organization's rules and regulations was like a sacred duty and worship. He never compromised on principles himself, nor did he allow any other fighter to deviate from organizational discipline. Driven by an unwavering passion for awakening his oppressed nation to the cause of freedom and inspiring them to struggle for it, he remained active day and night in pursuit of this noble cause. Captain Chakar Murad was an expert fighter in urban guerrilla warfare, and his combat strategies will be worthy of emulation for Baloch fighters in future urban guerrilla warfare. The BLF pays its highest tribute to the eternal sacrifice of this great young leader, guerrilla warfare expert, and brave fighter. The sacred blood shed by martyr Captain Chakar Murad will further accelerate the Baloch nation's journey toward freedom and self-determination. The sacred blood of martyrs is guiding light for a free Balochistan, BLF salutes Commander Captain Chakar Murad, who repeatedly inflicted defeats on the enemy in the heart of Turbat: Major Gwahram Baloch The Balochistan Liberation Front pays red salute to the great sacrifice and eternal struggle of its long-standing, fearless and highly capable organizational comrade, martyr Captain Chakar Murad, alias Dileep Ameer, son of Murad, resident of Balochi Bazaar, Apsar, Turbat. In defense of the homeland, national survival, and guerrilla war against the occupying enemy, martyr Captain Chakar Murad wrote a history of bravery and valor that will forever remain a source of pride and a guiding light for the Baloch nation. Martyr Captain Chakar Murad formally joined the armed struggle under the platform of the Balochistan Liberation Front in February 2021, though from his early youth he held a deep emotional and ideological attachment to the national freedom cause and the organization. Before formally joining BLF, despite his youth, he remained exceptionally active in guiding sarmachars, providing intelligence information, and in other organizational matters. Because of the affiliation with the movement, the occupying enemy arrested him in his youth and held him in their dark, dreadful prisons for six months. In the enemy torture chambers, martyr Captain Chakar endured suffering, brutal torture and horrific pain, while the enemy also made every possible attempt to entice him but this fighter of iron resolve neither broke under torture, nor fell silent, nor could temptation or fear pull him away from the national struggle. After his release, formally joining the BLF, he received deep political and ideological training within the organization's ranks, through which he transformed his feelings into elevated revolutionary consciousness, accurately assessed the exploitative policies of the oppressor state, and stood firm before the enemy like a fearless, solid rock. At a young age he achieved complete mastery of guerrilla warfare strategy and came to be counted among the organization's senior, long-standing members, where no one could sense that his age or length of membership was less than theirs. Owing to martyr Captain Chakar Murad's unmatched diligence, unwavering sincerity and superior leadership abilities, the organization promoted him to the responsible rank of Captain and appointed him second-in-command of the camp. He was a front-line, hardworking member of the Qurban unit, which is BLF's special vanguard unit that engages the enemy on the front line without regard for its own life in every major and minor battle. Martyr Captain Chakar bravely fulfilled all his combat duties as a fearless fighter of the Qurban unit on the difficult and hard fronts of Turbat, Kilkour, Balgatar, Panjgur, Shapuk, Paroom, Zamuran and Buleida. Particularly in Turbat city, which the enemy considered a secure zone due to its army, ISI, MI, headquarters, hundreds of checkpoints and paid informants, martyr Captain Chakar Murad made the occupiers lose sleep day and night. He intensified and played a key role in organizing urban guerrilla warfare in Turbat city at a time when military operations on the urban front were considered almost nonexistent and extremely difficult. He paved the way for the urban front and continuously assisted BLF's allied organizations by providing them with logistics, intelligence and tactical support. Captain Chakar Murad, under daring strategy, carried out attacks by penetrating into the enemy's stronghold and confined the occupying army and intelligence agencies' network to their camps. Captain Chakar Murad and his comrades repeatedly dealt the occupying army defeats in the heart of Turbat city, and the enemy suffered irreparable losses in successive attacks.

شہدا کا مقدس خون آزاد بلوچستان کے سورج کی روشنی ہے، تربت کے قلب میں دشمن کو بارہا ہزیمت سے دوچار کر دینے والے کمانڈر کپٹن چاکر مراد کو بی ایل ایف کا سلام: میجر گہرام بلوچ بلوچستان لبریشن فرنٹ اپنے دیرینہ، نڈر، اور انتہائی باصلاحیت تنظیمی ساتھی شہید کیپٹن چاکر مراد عرف دلیپ امیر ولد مراد، سکنہ بلوچی بازار آپسر تربت کی عظیم قربانی اور لازوال جدوجہد کو سرخ سلام پیش کرتی ہے۔ شہید کیپٹن چاکر مراد نے سرزمین کے دفاع، قومی بقا اور غاصب دشمن کے خلاف گوریلا جنگ کے دوران بہادری و شجاعت کی وہ تاریخ رقم کی جو بلوچ قوم کے لیے ہمیشہ باعثِ فخر اور مشعلِ راہ رہے گی۔ شہید کیپٹن چاکر مراد فروری 2021ء میں بلوچستان لبریشن فرنٹ کے پلیٹ فارم سے مسلح جدوجہدِ آزادی میں باقاعدہ طور پر شامل ہوئے، تاہم اپنی کمسنی ہی کے دور سے وہ تحریکِ آزادی اور تنظیم سے گہری دلی و نظریاتی لگاؤ رکھتے تھے۔ باقاعدہ شمولیت سے قبل بھی وہ کمسنی کے باوجود ساتھیوں کی رہنمائی، انٹیلی جنس معلومات کی فراہم کاری اور دیگر تنظیمی امور میں غیر معمولی طور پر فعال اور متحرک رہے۔ تحریک سے اسی وابستگی کی پاداش میں کمسنی ہی کے عالم میں قابض دشمن نے انہیں گرفتار کر کے چھ ماہ تک اپنے تاریک و بھیانک قید خانوں میں بند رکھا۔ دشمن کے ان عقوبت خانوں میں شہید کیپٹن چاکر نے اذیتیں، وحشیانہ ٹارچر اور ہولناک عذاب برداشت کیے، جبکہ دشمن نے انہیں لالچ دینے کی بھی ہر ممکن کوشش کی مگر وہ آہن جیسا عزم رکھنے والا سرمچار نہ تو تشدد سے ٹوٹا، نہ خاموش ہوا، اور نہ ہی لالچ اور خوف انہیں قومی جنگ سے دور کر سکا۔ رہائی کے بعد، بی ایل ایف میں باقاعدہ شمولیت اختیار کر کے انہوں نے تنظیمی صفوں میں گہری سیاسی و نظریاتی تربیت حاصل کی، جس کی بدولت انہوں نے اپنے احساسات و جذبات کو اعلیٰ انقلابی شعور میں بدل دیا اور غاصب ریاست کی استحصالی پالیسیوں کا درست اندازہ لگا کر دشمن کے سامنے ایک نڈر اور مضبوط چٹان کی طرح ڈٹ گئے۔ انہوں نے کم عمری میں گوریلا جنگی حکمتِ عملی پر مکمل عبور حاصل کر لیا اور تنظیم کے سینئر اور دیرینہ ساتھیوں کی صف میں شمار ہونے لگے، جہاں کسی کو یہ احساس تک نہ ہوتا تھا کہ ان کی عمر یا تنظیمی مدت کم ہے۔ شہید کیپٹن چاکر مراد کی بے مثال جفاکش، غیر متزلزل مخلصی اور اعلیٰ قائدانہ صلاحیتوں کی بدولت تنظیم نے انہیں کیپٹن کے ذمہ دارانہ رینک پر فائز کیا اور کیمپ کا سیکنڈ کمانڈ مقرر کیا۔ وہ قربان یونٹ کے ایک صفِ اول اور جفاکش رکن تھے، قربان یونٹ بی ایل ایف کا خصوصی و ہراول دستہ ہے جو ہر چھوٹے بڑے معرکے میں اپنی جان کی پروا کیے بغیر فرنٹ لائن پر دشمن سے نبرد آزما ہوتا ہے۔ شہید کیپٹن چاکر نے تربت، کیلکور، بالگتر، پنجگور، شاپک، پروم، زامران اور بلیدہ کے سخت اور دشوار گزار محاذوں پر قربان یونٹ کے ایک نڈر سرمچار کے طور پر تمام جنگی فرائض دلیری سے نبھائے ہیں۔ بلخصوص تربت شہر میں، جسے دشمن اپنی فوج، آئی ایس آئی، ایم آئی، ہیڈکوارٹرز، سینکڑوں چوکیوں اور پروردہ دلالوں کے باعث ایک محفوظ زون تصور کرتا تھا، شہید کیپٹن چاکر مراد نے قابضین کی دن رات کی نیندیں حرام کر دیں۔ شہید کیپٹن چاکر مراد نے تربت شہر میں اس وقت شہری گوریلا جنگ میں شدت پیدا کی اور اس کو منظم صورت دینے میں اہم کردار ادا کیا جب شہری محاذ پر عسکری کارروائیاں نہ ہونے کے برابر اور نہایت دشوار تصور کی جاتی تھیں۔ انہوں نے بی ایل ایف کے اتحادی تنظیموں کو لاجسٹک، انٹیلی جنس اور حربی کمک فراہم کر کے شہری محاذ کا راستہ ہموار کیا اور مسلسل ان کی مدد فرمائی کی ہے۔ کیپٹن چاکر مراد نے دلاورانہ حکمتِ عملی کے تحت دشمن کے گڑھ میں گھس کر حملے کیے اور قابض فوج و انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیوں کے نیٹ ورک کو ان کے کیمپوں تک محصور کر کے رکھ دیا۔ کپیٹن چاکر مراد اور اس کے ساتھیوں نے تربت شہر کے قلب میں قابض فوج کو بارہا ہزیمت سے دوچار کیا اور ان پہ در پہ حملوں میں دشمن کو ناقابل تلافی نقصانات کا سامنا رہا ہے۔ مجید برگیڈ کے تاریخی فدائی آپریشن زر پہاز 4 (بحری آپریشن) کی کامیابی میں شہید کیپٹن چاکر مراد نے کلیدی اور تاریخی کردار ادا کیا۔ انہوں نے اپنی بے مثال گوریلا مہارت اور راہنمائی کے ذریعے مجید برگیڈ کے فدائی ساتھیوں کو تمام تر خطرات سے محفوظ رکھتے ہوئے نیوی کیمپ تک پہنچایا اور اس عظیم مشن کی کامیابی کو یقینی بنایا۔

The formation of Karima Armed Assault Division (KAAD) and its vanguard role in these recent engagements makes clear that the Baloch national struggle is not merely a name for military operations, but a manifestation of deep political consciousness and ideological maturity. Named after the intellectual and revolutionary legacy of martyr Banuk Karima Baloch, the Baloch women's unit will become an active, capable vanguard of the national liberation struggle, completely dismantling traditional and imperialist narratives. From formation to military science, and front-line combat strategy, KAAD is not only challenging the occupying state's colonial domination and its plans but is also eliminating patriarchal domination and gender discrimination from Baloch society, laying the foundation for a modern and egalitarian society. It should be clear to the occupying state of Pakistan that the strength of the Baloch nation derives not only from weapons but from its unconquerable political consciousness, national unity, and unwavering resolve for the complete freedom of the homeland. The Balochistan Liberation Front claims responsibility for the deaths of a total of 9 occupying Pakistani army personnel, the wounding of several others, and the destruction of vehicles in these two engagements at Jusak and Manguchar. We pay tribute and salute the everlasting sacrifice of our great martyr fighter Captain Chakar Murad, alias Dileep Jan, and reaffirm our resolve that the politically and ideologically mature, militarily organized fighters of the BLF will continue their attacks on the occupying army with even greater intensity, until the complete liberation of Balochistan.
