🇷🇺 The Russian Ambassador to the Netherlands considered the F-16 a legitimate target for the Russian Armed Forces. According to Vladimir Tarabrin, Moscow views Amsterdam’s permission to supply fighter jets to Ukraine as a move “towards escalation.”

“One of the rash steps remains the export of aircraft. We consider it as a conscious move by The Hague towards escalating the conflict and destabilizing the situation,” the diplomat said in a commentary for RIA Novosti.

He emphasized that the Russian side will consider fighter jets and airfields from which F-16s take off as legitimate military targets.
