You can actually drink this stuff right off the distiller which wasnt the case with the sugarbeet molasses, which had to age at the very least 2 months before it was drinkable
Finally got around to doing the final rum distillation and the taste of the sugarcane and sugarbeet molasses rums are worlds apart
The kiwi wine has fermented out, ive racked it off the pulp and lees and ill let it sit for a while to age
If it turns into a good wine ill bottle it and keep it as such, otherwise ill distill it
