1. DISMISSED for no reasonable prospect of success (though no reasons, substantiating this position, were provided). The applicant was not an aggrieved person (directly a victim) therefore they had no standing in the matter.
2. Costs awarded against the applicant.
The judge was sure to keep her face out of the camera frame, which is interesting.
