Dear Sir/Madam, In line with mandatory regulatory requirements, Bank is implementing 2 factor authentication during MATM login. This change will require end-user to punch in an OTP recieved in his AMS registered phone number after login with his/her regular MATM password. Rest of the MATM process will remain same. The SOP has been shared by Process Quality team on 18/03/2026. Please inform field teams accordingly as we will deploy these changes tomorrow EOD to avoid any disruption🙏🏻

Hon’ble Raghav Chadha Member of Rajya Sabha Parliament House New Delhi – 110001 India Respected Sir, On behalf of the Chittoor Division, under the leadership of Divisional Secretary Alagani Aruna we humbly request you to raise the serious issues faced by Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) in the Rajya Sabha. Across the country, around 2.75 lakh GDS employees are working under extremely difficult conditions. Despite receiving very low wages, they are burdened with excessive workload. Though their duty is officially shown as 3–4 hours, in reality they are forced to work 8 hours or more. Continuous target pressure and lack of job security are causing severe distress among them. Even though they play a crucial role in delivering essential postal and government services in rural areas, they are denied proper recognition, fair wages, and basic service benefits. Therefore, we sincerely request you to strongly raise the following demands in the Rajya Sabha: Regularization (permanent status) for all GDS employees Provision of fair wages and service benefits Reduction of target-based pressure Implementation of a just wage system based on actual working hours We earnestly hope that you will take up this issue on priority and raise your voice for lakhs of GDS employees across the country. Thanking you. Yours sincerely AlaganiAruna DivisionalSecretary, Chittoor. On behalf of Gramin Dak Sevak.
