Good morning dear customers!
Everything is going well now. All products going well. If the downtime continues this night we will disable MTN SME again btw 6-7pm. We can’t disable Airtel CG even when it fluctuates as there is no alternative for it. There are usually alot of failed Airtel CG transactions during the pick periods.
Once you verify the orders and see that it actually has a failed response but not automatically refunded, you can go ahead to refund your customers. Then submit the complaint. The team will definitely refund you.
We will keep managing the situation for now until MTN and Airtel fixes their servers overload issues.
Thank you for staying with us. Have a nice day!
~ Regards EA.

We plead with you to be patient after submitting complaints on our websites. The recent continuous downtimes and fluctuations of the network providers has led to an increased workload on our agents. Kindly be patient as your complaints will be attended to.
Thank you for staying with us.
