Hello All,
The instability of 9mobile SME data and delay in the resolution of its complaints is due to instability of 9mobile servers. When the server is down it is inaccessible so we will have to disable and wait. Issues submitted during this period will have to wait until the server is up again so the team can verify status and return accruate feedback of successful or failed.
Please note this so you know what to say to your customers.
