Everything is going well now. All products going well. If the downtime continues this night we will disable MTN SME again btw 6-7pm. We can’t disable Airtel CG even when it fluctuates as there is no alternative for it. There are usually alot of failed Airtel CG transactions during the pick periods.
Once you verify the orders and see that it actually has a failed response but not automatically refunded, you can go ahead to refund your customers. Then submit the complaint. The team will definitely refund you.
We will keep managing the situation for now until MTN and Airtel fixes their servers overload issues.

This is to formally notify you that there will be a general adjustment to the prices of Multichoice products; GOTV and DSTV. This price change will be effective as from Monday, 6th of November, 2023.

Dear customer,
This is to inform you that the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) has requested a compulsory meter update for all the STS prepaid meters, i.e. all meters that receive a 20-digit token when they purchase electricity.
To ensure your meter works when you repurchase electicity tokens, please ensure you follow these steps to link your NIN and update your prepaid meters.
Visit https://smartkyc.ikejaelectric.com/nin to link your NIN to your meter
After your NIN has been linked and validated, you will receive three sets of 20-digit tokens starting November 1st, 2023
Input the first token (KCT 1) to reset your old meter
Input the second token (KCT 2) to upgrade your meter
Input the actual TOKEN purchased (KCT 3) to load energy into your meter.
Please do note that starting November 1st, only customers who have their NIN validated will receive all three tokens and only customers who have completed their meter update will be able to load energy into their meters.

ISSUES WITH KANO ELECTRICITY NOT FETCHING TOKENS FIXED. Note: the disco has been unstable for days now. So if tokens fails to fetch instantly, kindly use self service for Electricity and it will retrieve it. Thank you.
