Yet, despite this responsible approach, he is being punished for simply trying to provide himself with shelter and asking for no handouts along the way. We believe that shelter is a basic human right and this elderly man should be allowed to live out his day's in his home which he has provided himself at no cost to the state. The petition, 10,000 signatures, that we ran under “we the people” asking the President not to sign the Hate Speech Bill has been confirmed to be on the agenda for tomorrows public Oireactas committee which can be viewed below at 1:30pm We have had to update the request as there was issues found in the initial request.
