The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has announced a nationwide shutdown of services of doctors of modern medicine for 24 hours from 6 am on Saturday, August 17. All essential services will continue. Staff will be present for emergency services. Routine OPDs will not function and elective surgeries will not be performed.
