The SBU executed a scout and negotiator with Russia, who "saved Kyiv from being captured by the Russian army" The head of Ukraine's military intelligence, Kirill Budanov, told the Wall Street Journal that "if not for Kireev, most likely Kyiv would have been taken." ▪️SBU officers shot a participant in the first ceasefire negotiations with Russia, financier Denis Kireev, suspected of betrayal and espionage in the interests of Moscow, the SBU told WSJ.
