የኢትዮጵያ ፐብሊክ ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ 22ኛውን ዓለም አቀፍ የጸረ ሙስና ቀን አከበረ -------------------------------- ኢፒሰዩ በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ለ22ኛ ጊዜ የሚከበረውን የጸረ ሙስና ቀን፣ የዩኒቨርሲቲው የካውንስል አባላት በተገኙበት “ትውልድን በሥነ- ምግባር፣ ተቋምን በአሰራር!” በሚል መሪ ቃል፣ ህዳር 26 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም በህዳሴ አዳራሽ በደማቅ አከበረ፡፡ የዩኒቨርሲቲው ፕሬዚዳንት ንጉሥ ታደሰ (ዶ/ር) የአከባበር መርሃ ግብሩን ሲከፍቱ እንደተናገሩት፣ የአለም ሀገራት ሙስናን በተናጠል ከመታገል ይልቅ በህብረት መታገል አዋጪነቱን አምነውበት፣ 191 ሀገራት እንደ አውሮፓውያኑ አቆጣጠር በ2003 ዓ/ም የጸረ ሙስና ኮንቬንሽን መፈረማቸውን እና ሀገራችን ኢትዮጵያም ይህንኑ ኮንቬንሽን ከፈረሙት ሀገራት መካከል አንዷ መሆኗን ገልጸዋል፤ አስከትለውም “ሙስና መጠኑ ከፍ እና ዝቅ ይበል እንጂ የሁሉም አገሮች ችግር ነው፤ በብዙ ሀገራት እንደሚታየው ሙስና የልማት እና የሰላም ጸር ነው፤ ከዚህም አልፎ ሀገራት ከነበሩበት ክብር እንዲወድቁ የሚያደርግ ክፉ ጠንቅ ነው፡፡” ብለዋል፡፡ “ትውልድን በሥነ- ምግባር፣ ተቋምን በአሰራር!” የሚለውን የክብረ በአሉን መሪ ቃል ከዩኒቨርሲቲው ተልእኮ ጋር አያይዘው ሲናገሩ፣ “መሪ ቃሉ የኒቨርሲቲያችን በአዲስ ተልእኮ ትውልድን ለመቅረጽ ለሚያደርገው ትግል የሚመጥን ነው፡፡” በማለት አስምረውበታል፡፡ በመቀጠልም ከስነምግባር እና ጸረ ሙስና ኮሚሽን በድምጽ የተላከ ሰነድ ለተሰብሳቢዎቹ በንባብ ከተሰማ በኋላ፣ በቀረበው ሰነድ ላይ አስተያየት እና ውይይት ተደርጎበታል፡፡ በመጨረሻም ፕሬዝዳንቱ እና ሶስቱ የዘርፍ ምክትል ፕሬዚዳንቶች ሀብታቸውን ያስመዘገቡበትን ሰነድ ለስነምግባር እና ጸረ ሙስና ኮሚሽን ተወካይ ለወ/ሮ ሰላማዊት ኃ/ሚካኤል አስረክበው መርሃ ግብሩ ተጠናቋል፡፡ #EPSUAntiCorruptionDay

ለኢፐሰዩ አመራሮች የፀረ- ሙስና ስልጠና ተሰጠ -------------------------------- የኢትዮጵያ ፐብሊክ ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የስነምግባር መከታተያ ስራ አስፈጻሚ ከፀረ- ሙስና ኮሚሽን ጋር በመተባበር፣ “ስነ- ምግባራዊ አመራርነት ለተቋማዊ ተልዕኮ ስኬት” በሚል መሪ ቃል ለዩኒቨርሲቲው የአካዳሚክ እና የአስተዳደር ዘርፍ አመራሮች ከህዳር 11 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም ጀምሮ ለሁለት ቀናት ሲሰጥ የቆየውን ስልጠና አጠናቀቀ፡፡ በስልጠናው መክፈቻ የተገኙት የአካዳሚክ ጉዳዮች ምክትል ፕሬዚዳንት ለማ ጉዲሳ (ዶ/ር)፣ ይህ ዛሬ ለዩኒቨርሲቲው አመራሮች የሚሰጠው ስልጠና ባለፈው አመት በአገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ለከፍተኛ አመራሮች መሰጠቱን አስታውሰው፣ መንግስት በአሁኑ ጊዜ ለሚያካሂደው የፀረ- ሙስና ትግል ወሳኝ ግብአት መሆኑን ገልጸዋል፡፡ ስልጠናውን የሰጡት ዶ/ር ዩሱፍ ኢብራሂም የህግ ባለሙያ ሲሆኑ የስልጠናው ይዘት የሙስና ምንነት እና ዓይነቶች፣በከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት የተለዩ የሙስና ዓይነቶች ዝርዝር፣ 25 የሙስና ዓይነቶች እና የመከላከያ ዘዴዎቹ የሚሉት አበይት ርዕሶች ተካተውበታል፡፡ ስልጠናዉም በገለጻ፣ በቡድን ውይይት እና ተሞክሮን በማካፈል የተካሄደ ሲሆን፣በመጨረሻም የግንዛቤ መለኪያ ፈተና ተሰጥቷል፡፡
