MIND AND TRUTH

🔆 THE ILLUSION OF HAVING AND HAPPINESS
Many people believe that they are happy when they have something specific: the money, the partner, the job, the health, the freedom and the like.
With this approach, however, we make our happiness dependent on external, volatile factors. In fact, we create the lack all the more, given a self-limiting mentality that always suggests to us that we are missing something for our happiness.
Since we are creative beings, it is quite the opposite.
The feeling of happiness comes first.
Once we manage to consistently maintain a state of being of happiness, gratitude and abundance, the aspects manifest themselves in the various areas of life.
So let’s treat ourselves to happiness in the here and now!
As soon as we do this, our lives begin to magically transform - until the "external reality" gradually corresponds to our true nature.✨
