The soul operates through four bodies simultaneously.
You can will or want to go outside. You can be thinking about what you want for tea. You can feel happy within your emotional body, while your physical body is doing the laundry.
All four can be operating at the same time.
You are the soul, moving through four different worlds of experience: will, thought, emotion and physical action.
And the inner worlds are constantly shaping the outer.
Never forget this. Learn to consciously direct these four bodies, because understanding how they operate together is one of the most powerful forms of self-knowledge you can ever possess.
If you do not know how to use them consciously, learn.
Otherwise, they will operate unconsciously for you.

Esoterically, the withered hand represents the part of us that has stopped acting because the mind has convinced us that we cannot. Fear, doubt and past failure create a voice within the mind that says, “Don’t try,” “You’ll fail again,” or “You’re not capable.”

Direct the flow toward love, belief, growth, healing, purpose, and manifestation.

The power to direct your awareness.

Something happens to you, and instead of simply experiencing it, learning from it and eventually letting it go, the mind begins to form an identity around it.
“I am this way because this happened to me.”
Repeat that story enough and eventually you stop seeing it as something that happened to you and start seeing it as who you are.
This is why healing can sometimes feel uncomfortable. The ego would rather protect a familiar identity than step into the unknown.

The absolute perfection, goodness, and purity of God would shine mercilessly upon everything within us that stands against it. Every hidden motive, selfish desire, deception, corruption, and unlawful action would be dragged into the light.

| 13 | The heart is essential because every action you have ever taken was first preceded by an inner state: a feeling, emotion, impulse or desire.
But the heart cannot remain pure while the eyes, ears and habits continually feed the mind corrupted material. What you watch, listen to, repeatedly think about and surround yourself with is not neutral. These inputs condition your inner state, and your inner state eventually expresses itself through behaviour.
