Twenty more were injured. The SANDF in a statement on Wednesday confirmed a mortar attack on a South African base in Sake on 25 June “which resulted in two fatalities and twenty injured. As things stand now South Africa has the most unique private security industry world wide and SA has no sign of abandoning private security systems any time soon.

🦏 4 Poachers shot within the span of 5 days in the Kruger The Kruger poaching mostly comes from the communities surrounding the reserve. Interestingly, many of the criminals in waiting are Mozambicans and Zimbabweans. "On Friday, 14 June, just prior to sunset, rangers made contact with a group of suspected rhino poachers who were armed with a high calibre rifle, an axe and other poaching equipment. One of the suspects was fatally wounded on contact while the others escaped. A rifle and ammunition were recovered at the scene."
