Ramadan is nearing and we may have witnessed some of our brothers and sisters in Islam have returned to Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala thinking that they will reach to the month of Ramadhan. Today, Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala has blessed us with another day, which means another chance to repent and to seek Allah’s love and His mercy. Alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah. Ibn Umar (RahiyAllahu ‘anhuma) used to say, “In the evening do not expect [to live until] the morning, and in the morning do not expect [to live until] the evening. اَللّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِى رَجَبَ وَ شَعْبَانَ وَ بَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَان O Allah, bless us in Rajab and Sha'baan, and let us reach Ramadan.

When you constantly look at someone else's journey, you're likely to lose your footing and fall off the path you're on. Remember your intentions & focus on your own steps.

I hope that love finds me when Allah knows im ready, and not just when I think I am, I hope love finds me, only after im healed so I can be the best parent my child deserves, mentally, physically and spiritually, so I will be healthy and present for them for as long as I can I hope love finds me because it will strengthen my iman and not just fuel my worldly desires I hope love finds me, and stays until akhirat Today, many of us dream of finding love, but we seem to see what's on the surface and not the sacrifices and effort that goes into it. No matter how much you love someone, remember to love Allah first and yourself as well. What's yours is yours, and Allah will grant it to you when its the right time

when you have Allah, you have everything.

We are very close to the month of Sya’ban, the month of our beloved, sallallahu alaihi wassalam. Let us occupy some time to read and understand the hidden gems found in this sacred month and intend to prepare our hearts for the month of Ramadhan by moving towards goodness that Allah azza wa jalla is pleased with and moving away from all that He is not pleased with. wallahi, every person you meet is part of Allah’s plan. some will stay, some will leave, some will love you, and some may hurt you. but each one has a purpose in your life. trust Allah and have sabr; His plan is always perfect.

assalamualaikum wrmth wbrkth, i often see this ayah everywhere, “good women are for good men and good men are for good women”, i have never deny this ayah. infact i look up to it even more! a lot of us may feel like “oh i want these criteria, i want that criteria in a partner..”, but have we ever looked in ourselves in the mirror? are we doing the same as what we wish for? are we holding the same characteristics or “standards” that we wished for? if not.. maybe that is the reason why you are still have not met your “ideal partner” yet! it’s either your standards are too high up or maybe you should also change for the better! good men are for the good women and good women are for the good men right…? just a little thought! you may agree to disagree 😆

Apabila kita tergelincir dengan dosa, maksiat, nafs, maka segeralah bertaubat. Jika kita menundakan taubat kerana memikirkan dosa-dosa kita, maka kita tidak akan taubat kerana dosa kita terlalu banyak. Tetapi jika kita fikirkan kerana Allah, semangatlah untuk bertaubat. Sama juga apabila ingin lakukan sesuatu. Ustazah kata, jika kita senantiasa fikirkan kebolehan/ tidak berkemampuan kita, pasti tidak akan jadinya sesuatu kerana kita lemah & banyak kekurangan. Tetapi, jika kita melihat kehebatan Tuhan, pasti tidak ada yang mustahil kerana tidak ada yang mustahil bagi Allah.

At times, the seeker is put to test and endeavour hardship of poverty, neediness, and the narrowing of the channels of provision. Then in such a situation he should thank Allah and in fact consider it as a great blessing. As life on earth is an adversary that Allah presents it towards his enemies, and He deflects it away from His saints (awliya). So let him (the seeker) thank and be grateful to Allah, the Benevolent, for making him resemble and following the footsteps of His Prophets, saints (awliya), and pious devoted righteous servants. — Al Qutb al Akbar Imam Abdullah b. Alawi b. Muhammad al Haddad radiAllahu anhu

Allah describes Himself at the beginning of surah al-Mulk [67] by saying: [ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ] And He is able to do all thing [1] Commenting in this, al-Shawkani wrote: [لا يعجزه شيء من الأشياء يتصرف في ملكه كيف يريد من إنعام وانتقام ورفع ووضع وإعطاء ومنع] There is nothing that He cannot do. He manages His dominion however He wishes, such as bestowing blessings and doling out punishment, raising some and lowering others, giving and withholding. [Fath al-Qadeer pg 1511]

And suddenly, I started hearing myself say "I need to pray first" And I knew a part of me that would have never said that before was healed

Sometimes a loss in the dunya is a win in the akhirah.
