📌President
🔥 Main Points 👇
🔹1st:-The President must be a citizen of India, not less than 35 years of age and qualified for election as a member of the Lok Sabha.
🔹2nd:-His term of office is five years and he is eligible for re-election.
🔹3rd:-His removal from office is to be in accordance with procedure prescribed in Article 61 of the Constitution.
🔹4th:-The executive power of the Union is vested in the President and is exercised by him either directly or through officers’ subordinate to him in accordance with the Constitution.
🔹5th:-The President summons, prorogues, addresses, sends messages to Parliament and dissolves the Lok Sabha; promulgates Ordinances at any time, except when both Houses of Parliament are in session.

🔹1st:-The song Jana-gana-mana, composed originally in Bengali by Rabindranath Tagore, was adopted in its Hindi version as the National Anthem of India on January 24, 1950.

🔹3rd:-It has fi ve stanzas with fi rst stanza containing the full version of the National Anthem.

🔺Amendment By Special Majority 👇
🔹The majority of the provisions in the Constitution need to be amended by a special majority of the Parliament, that is, a majority of the total membership of each House and a majority of two-thirds of the members of each House present and voting.
🔹The expression ‘total membership’ means the total number of members comprising the House irrespective of fact whether there are vacancies or absentees.
🔹The provisions which can be amended by this way includes:
(i) Fundamental Rights;
(ii) Directive Principles of State Policy; and
(iii) All other provisions which are not covered by the first and third categories.
