The Last Man Revival

In his condemnation of the sin of wrath, Seneca writes of one governor of Syria during the reign of Imperator Tiberius. Gnaeus Piso was said to have been a man of much virtue and temperance but reveled in wrath and cruelty. One tale tells about a legionnaire who returned from a foraging mission without his partner and unable to explain where his friend was. Piso suspecting murder accused the legionnaire and sentenced him to death without offering him time to search for the missing soldier. The centurion at the time was given the order to behead the accused. Fortunately for the legionnaire, before the centurion could swing the sword, the missing soldier walked into the camp and the execution was stopped. All three men went to Gnaeus Piso to show that the legionnaire has returned. To this Piso ordered all three men to be beheaded. The first because he lost his friend, the centurion because he failed to obey the order, and the third for getting lost. Wrath had found a way to think up three crimes where there was none.

When they enact violence as a means of enforcing their values (or rather the values of their anonymous donors) they're lauded as revolutionaries or simply ignored. When we enact violence as a means of enforcing our values we're publically disavowed and branded as "terrorists." Real revolutionaries don't receive media, corporate, and state support; shills do. Real revolutionaries risk everything anytime they do anything. What would you rather be, a walking billboard for the global elites, or a bullet of accountability soaring through the air towards its intended target?

I find it interesting how a person's prejudice is often attributed to phobia by their detractors. Intolerance isn't the byproduct of fear, it's the byproduct of not living up to one's standards.

Man's first invention was neither fire nor the wheel. Man's first invention was the bone-crushing handshake of violence. It's a universally understood greeting that binds us all and defies the boundaries of language. To embrace violence is to become closer to your fellow man through timeless song and dance. The warrior's path is too naked to distort. The savagery with which one dispatches their adversary is the measure of their excellence. Everything else shimmers and wanes under the loudness of steel. History only remembers the victors. Those who pledge themselves to inaction will only be forgotten.

The left has its own brand of martyrs. They die over bags of Skittles, Swisher Sweets and other cheap luxury items. What do their martyrs receive in return for their sacrifice? Some scented Dollar Tree candles and a disposable shrine on the sidewalk that people walk passed without giving a second glance. It'll be torn down in a week or less and without it nobody will remember who it was for. Their wake is more suitable for a child's pet hamster than a person. Leftists ignorantly or disingenuously celebrate the deaths of their martyrs without knowing the contents of their lives, while we celebrate the lives of ours and honor their deaths by writing songs that praise their names. We view ours as friends or family, and they view theirs the same as the commodities that they died for, an item to be consumed. If you wish to gaze upon the vacuity of the left than look no further than their rituals. They're impersonal and lacking in any genuine empathy.

It has already been two years, yet the memory and words of Beebo Russell remain with us. He lived more in his final moments than most do in their entire lifetime. Fly high, space cowboys.
