Funny how God throws a pebble into the pond of your own plans. I had planned to post something else today, but felt led to go in another direction. I watched the below video a few days ago and of course my heart’s chords were struck by the bittersweet melody of watching one’s kids grow. It’s a gift to be a part of their lives, and videos like this bring the reminder (that we try to ignore) to the forefront that their time in our homes is oh so fleeting! Midway through the video an idea began to take root. Something to write about. I spent all weekend tossing this idea around in my head, wondering what to write. That’s how it is sometimes when we create. We sit down at the musical instrument, the blank canvas or the keyboard, our hands hovering for a moment. Then we move, creating, not knowing where the idea will take us. So it is with this. I didn’t know where the root would spread, but trusted God to direct. The message following the video is for those hurting so keenly. For those who are experiencing a pain so sharp it cuts through all the senses. For those who just want the waves to stop crashing, who just want a moment of calm, to see the sunshine breakthrough the dull, gray, beclouded skies. God hears you. Watch and remember.

We had such a lovely Friday evening viewing God’s creation. Actually, anytime we’re out in God’s creation we are drawn even closer to Him. It stuns that some reject His existence, and it’s heartbreaking for us that some call space “fake and gay/ghey.” I wonder what God thinks of that declaration from mere humans? There were several enthusiasts so we had the privilege of viewing God’s magnificence through different lenses. We were thrilled to see the color on Jupiter, surrounded by its four moons. Since we were there for a little over an hour, we watched the rings around Saturn shift in our viewing. Lots of bright stars, too. If y'all have any recommendations for a telescope, I'd appreciate it. I've been wanting to get one for a long time.

When I look at Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have set in place, what is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You care for him? - Psalm 8:3-4 Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades or loose the cords of Orion? I hope y’all are taking advantage of all the wonderful things that are offered this time of year. A family invited ours to visit their flower farm this past Monday in the hopes I could set up some future homeschool field trips. We spent a couple of hours exploring and learning. America is so beautiful! Afterwards we headed over to the Amish store, picking up some of our favorites and trying some new things. Like blueberry-white cheddar cheese. Oh my, pleasantly delicious! The kids fed some goats and patted a potbelly pig. America is so beautiful! Simple goodness. Loving the Lord. Appreciating the season. Finding humor. Enjoying good food. Giving many hugs. Life is beautiful!

Good news is brief today. I’ve been in and out all week, my attention needed elsewhere most of the time. I did want to share something with you now so I can sneak a much needed nap in 😊 (We plan to take the kids to a park this evening so we can star gaze and learn about the autumn constellations.)

NOW WHAT?! Nothing mentioned above is meant to scare, frustrate, depress or confuse. It’s meant as a springboard for discussion, to consider possibilities that weren’t on our radar. Absolutely no one has any idea how things are going to proceed. We just speculate, and prepare as best we can for various scenarios. Trump does not mince words. He’s deliberate in his writings, his speeches, his interviews. He’s telling us what is going to happen and what might happen so we’re not scared, frustrated, depressed or confused. Remember, we’re not meant to unite over a man; we are meant to unite over all that is good, decent, honorable, just, noble, beautiful, lovely, being fully led by God. We’re not in a political crisis, we are in spiritual crisis. We will get through this if we have a humbled heart and contrite spirit. We must call on God Almighty, ask for forgiveness then mercy, ask for strength to endure, and claim victory in Jesus’s name. Thank Him for the friendships that have been made along the way. Thank Him for teaching us patience. Thank Him for choosing us for such a time as this. Trust God.

VOTING At the Nevada rally Trump said: “We need a landslide so big the radical left cannot steal it… Go to the booth on election day… vote in person on Election Day it makes much harder for them to cheat… they’re cheating dogs… this is a much harder process to cheat… because they don’t know what’s going on, they don’t have the numbers… volunteer to work…” At the Arizona rally Trump said: “We need a landslide victory … so the radical left cannot rig or steal… it’s the thing I’m most worried about it… the count is more important than the candidate… can’t let that happen… vote in person on Election Day… it’s harder for them to cheat…” The decision to vote or not vote is fully yours. How engaged you wish to be (poll watcher, door to door, holding signs, drop box watch, etc.) is between you and the Lord. I would encourage you to pray about it then be obedient to His direction. The enemy of We The People is sneaky, vile, ruthless. Remember that Biden has already declared Trump supporters as enemies of the state. It feels like drop box watching could be a setup, a way for the radical left to accuse honest folk of voter intimidation, of voter suppression. If you choose to do this, please exercise caution, and document/record your shift. One thing that crosses my mind as I watch these rallies is it must be incredibly hard for Trump to stand behind some of his endorsements while they’re speaking at the podium.

ESCALATING GAS PRICES, INFLATION… and BEYOND: Trump told the Nevada audience that, “Biden created the greatest inflation and it’s going to up substantially.” Trump told the Arizona audience that, “Gas prices are going to be a rocket ship day after the election.” What does this tell you? This sounds like Trump will not be back anytime soon, at least not as POTUS in a public way. Trump won 2020, and has not conceded. Biden was appointed (not elected) as CEO of a corporation, our land occupied/controlled by foreign enemies while Trump is Commander-in-Chief, recognized by the real military (not the “TV Generals”). I think Trump is fully engaged, still on the board and making moves behind the scenes as our Commander-In-Chief. He said at the Nevada rally: “… It would never happen with me, your Commander in Chief.” And he’s also said many times, “… take back America, and in 2024 we will take back the magnificent, incredible, beautiful White House.” At the September 3rd rally in Wilkes-Barre, PA Trump said, “Last week, the weirdo, he’s a weirdo, Mark Zuckerberg came to the White House…” Is it possible that Trump is at the make-shift White House as Commander-In-Chief, head of operations, but will return to the People’s House in 2024 as POTUS as well? What do you think would make it possible for him to serve *three* terms? Again, I do not have a talent for all the legalities. The suppositions are based on the things that Trump has stated publicly (thus verifiable). What I do know, is that everything Woke & Broke™ has to happen under democrat leadership.

TRUMP[ED UP] CHARGES: It’s curious that Trump is choosing to discuss this possibility now. Trump has also brought up how Adam Schiff wants to charge Don Jr. If Hunter is charged, will the tit for tat be for Trump or his son? Trump has been shinning the spotlight on the New York Attorney General. He said at the rallies, “… appalling conduct by Letitia ‘peekaboo' James, who is corrupt, a racist… she’s grossly incompetent…” At his October 1st rally he played a video of her, highlighting her vision to indict him. What charges could she possibly bring against him? We know that the January 6th committee wants to charge Trump with leading an insurrection, stating that he’s made seditious comments. Trump made a statement that they should give back his stolen election or put him on the ballot. They see his recent comments as an attempted coup. Side note, there are lots of clips of MSM pundits and guests talking about the, “walls closing in on Trump.” Yahoo reported on October 11th that Mar-a-Lago is undergoing some landscape changes, removing trees and shrubbery. It’s almost like Trump wants the media to have a clear view of his property. Trump doesn’t want anything hidden, he wants to expose all of them. He wants the whole world to see. Let’s briefly consider… I imagine charges against a POTUS would not be handled in typical fashion. Perhaps we’ll see a house arrest. Regardless if he’s arrested or not, they certainly want to silence him so a gag order wouldn’t surprise. We know how crucial fixing 2020 is because once we go beyond that point, we may not get another opportunity to circle the wagons and fix things. They know Trump et al have been setting up the dominoes. Though it takes awhile to set up, once it starts to fall… Is there anything positive that could come from this? While I certainly don’t understand all the intricacies of the legal system, I’m guessing there might be something evidentiary that will be beneficial for the American people. Also, if Trump is on house arrest and/or with a gag order, they can’t blame him for events yet to come. No one knows if this will or will not happen. I just find it exceedingly noteworthy that Trump himself is bringing up this prospect.

HUNTER: Trump said there might be charges against Hunter Biden forthcoming. Hunter is one step away from the President, and because Hunter didn’t work in a vacuum, it will be seen as a message that the walls are closing in on Joe. What would be Joe’s next move? Will Hunter be the fall guy? Will Joe make a pre-emptive or retaliatory move against the Trump family? Joe recently said, “Nobody f*cks with a Biden.” Joe threatened Ukraine years ago and *won* against that country so what move will he make against Trump because he feels jeopardized?

NUCLEAR: In January 2022, Biden warned of a, "disaster for Russia if they invaded Ukraine." And added, “I’ve been absolutely clear with President Putin. He has no misunderstanding. If any, any assembled Russian units move across the Ukrainian border, that is an invasion," saying that an invasion would be met with a “severe and coordinated economic response... But there is no doubt, let there be no doubt at all that, if Putin makes this choice, Russia will pay a heavy price.” In August 2022, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said Russia has provided the country with nuclear weapons, and said that Minsk would react immediately if the West caused it any problems. In September 2022, Nord Stream 2 is sabotaged. In September 2022, Trump suggests that he could negotiate a deal between Ukraine and Russia. In October 2022, Ukraine President Zelenskyy called for NATO to launch “preemptive strikes” in Russia. In early October 2022, reports indicate the submarine Belgorod, which carries the doomsday weapon, Poseidon (an Intercontinental Nuclear-Powered Nuclear-Armed Autonomous Torpedo) was spotted in the Barents Sea. Supposedly the Poseidon can hit coastal cities with devastating results by causing a massive tsunami. And now Biden threatens Saudi Arabia if they do not ramp up oil production! The use of nuclear weapons started with the US. Recall that Strategic Command suggested in a tweet released April 19, 2021 to its adversaries, "to consider nuclear use as their least bad option." Why this narrative? Why now? What is the cover-up? Will Project Bluebeam come in to play? Will there be standoff? Will Trump intervene? We don’t know what is going to happen. But a false flag event is not off the table nor is a last minute intervention. Regardless if it’s a genuine threat or a false flag, keep a level head. Remember our preps will help us avoid panicky crowds, and it’s one less thing to worry about if we’re called to temporarily hunker down. I’m really not worried about a nuclear war. Not because it won’t necessarily happen, or at least the way some think it might, but because my kids are my focus, as is creating a loving home filled with laughter and warmth for them, and my heart is bent towards Heaven.
