Lower limb tingling due to peripheral neuritis
فجداً وارد انه انت راح بال diabetic neuropathyك اول ddx بقائمتك . حتى تتأكد افحص ال vibration :
1) if it was intact, so your suspicion is wrong .
و ممكن يكون سببه هو peripheral neuritis due to B12 deficiency بسبب المتفورمين (ع سبيل المثال)
2) if it was lost 👉🏽👉🏽 so your suspicion is highly likely .

It is a case of right pneumothorax + left cavitary lesion (just focus, and you will see it) . So it is a secondary pneumothorax .
The cavitary lesion may be : TB, lung abscess, or lung CA .
TENSION PNEUMOTHORAX IS CLINICAL TERM NOT RADIOLOGICAL TERM . IT IS MEAN PNEUMOTHORAX + SCHOCK .

Non- cirrhotic ascites in females is due to ovarian carcinoma till proven otherwise .
فيميل و عمرها 50s و اجتك ascites و ال LFT طبيعي، خلص لازم تفكر بال ovarian cancer حتى لو هي قبل عدها رسك فاكتر، يعني حتى لو عدها مثلا هارت فيلر بس ما عدها cardiac cirrhosis، فتبقى الاولوية لل ovarian CA .

Rx : clotrimazole cream + selsum shamboo .

Cirrhosis in young patient 👉🏽👉🏽 always think about wilson disease and alpha 1 anti trypsin deficiency.
بقية الاسباب، مثل ال HBV , HCV و غيرها، اكيد ما ينسن و انت مخليهن ع بالك ع طول .

Correct choice: A. Laryngeal candidiasis
Steroids predispose to fungal infection and can cause laryngeal candidiasis which results in hoarseness.

Hemodynamically stable:
- just use first aid measures to control bleeding
- If bleeding does not stop after 10 - 15 minutes of nasal pressure, (and still haemodynamically stable), then do NASAL CAUTERY (using silver nitrate). If cautery is ineffective or bleeding point cannot be seen, then NASAL PACKING.
