The reported figures for strong buying by FIIs and DIIs may be due to the inclusion of some block deals( Indus tower , AU small finance bank, Gland pharma etc ) . The market is heading for sector rotation, as I mentioned earlier. Today, we observed strong buying in fertilizer and sugar sector stocks, while there was profit booking in defense stocks.Today, we saw strong profit booking in small and midcap stocks after a non-stop rally following the election results.Our small pre-budget rally will continue, with profit booking occurring at regular intervals.GST Council meeting will be held on June 22 , Proposal to remove GST on fertilizers. We clearly stated that March, April, and May would be highly volatile due to strong FII selling. After the general election, we predicted that the market would experience a small bull run before the full-fledged budget. Many of our predictions were correct. The sudden change in FII sentiment after the general election was surprising.
