Today, strong buying from FIIs and DIIs boosted the market.In the next 3 to 4 years, investors can generate substantial wealth by holding multibagger stocks. The market is expected to rise every year, and in 3 to 4 years, the market level could be beyond our current imagination. Many traders may regret wasting time on trading and gaining nothing in comparison.If I had held multibagger stocks from 2022 to 2024, I would have generated substantial, unimaginable wealth. As I mentioned, FIIs began selling after the budget announcement, which is a negative sign for our market. If FIIs continue to sell, it could increase the volatility in our market.Sector rotation has begun in the market. Sectors that outperformed before the budget, such as defense, railways, and fertilizers, will likely experience strong selling pressure. Conversely, sectors that underperformed before the budget are expected to outperform.In my post last month, I clearly stated that if significant budget allocations were not given to the sectors that rallied before the budget, they would fall sharply afterward.Now, sectors that were underperforming will start to outperform in this volatile market. This is why I did not include any defense or railway stocks in my new multibagger stock list. These sectors have already peaked, and multibagger returns are not expected from their current prices. I predict that the market will be volatile in the coming days due to FII selling, However, the market will not crash.
According to a SEBI report, 90% of futures and options traders incur losses, and 71% of traders lose money in intraday trading. Despite these statistics, many traders are reluctant to learn and change their approach. It is generally observed that traders rarely make substantial profits in the stock market, whereas investors, who focus on long-term holdings, are more likely to achieve significant gains.👆
