This is a hands-on position helping our crew with unloading, setting up vendor spaces and displays, and packing everything up once the show is over.

REGISTRATION AND RIDE DETAILS
📍 Register on-site at the Rodeo Grounds
🕑 Sign-up begins at 2:00 p.m.
🎈 Rides begin at 6:00 p.m.
💛 Minimum donation: $20 per rider
🎟 Festival admission is required
👥 Maximum 6 passengers per ride
♿ Maximum 4 passengers when accessibility accommodations are needed
After registering, you may leave the festival grounds and return for your scheduled ride. Please keep your festival wristband, as it will be required for re-entry.
Riders must return to the balloon waiting area at least 10 minutes before their scheduled ride. Ride times are approximate, and delays may occur.
