AESTHETIC GODS POOL POSTING

Admin has not given up on the esoteric health posting and training advice. Just switching up what i post a little bit. I don't want this channel to be exclusively one thing, i will continue with a mix of wisdom posting, quotes, life advice, things that touch the admins heart, a variety of aesthetics i enjoy and of course, as the original intent of the channel was, to provide health and training advice. Within the next week a quality series of posts will be made on a subject the admin finds interesting, relating to the power of the breath and other related things, stay tuned.
