| 9 |  Avocado Cheddar Cheese 🧀 Crackers:
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cups ripe avocado (mashed or blended smooth)
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (mild cheddar works well)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the ingredients in a blender or food processor, mixing the ripe avocado, grated cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and melted butter until a smooth dough forms.
Roll out the dough onto the parchment-lined baking sheet until it is about 1/2 inch thick or thinner for crispier crackers.
Score or cut the dough into small cracker squares.
Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes, or until they turn lightly browned and crisp.
🧈 The Extra Butter Coating
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Optional: A pinch of Italian seasoning or sea salt
Simply whisk the garlic powder and herbs into the melted butter, pour it over your baked crackers, and gently toss them in a bowl until they are completely coated. It gives them an amazing garlic-butter crust that pairs perfectly with the cheddar and avocado!
Cool the crackers completely, then store them in an airtight container for 4 to 5 days. Freeze afterwards if long term storage is needed. | 9 973 |

President Donald Trump signed Executive Order 13848 on September 12, 2018, to authorize automatic and specific U.S. sanctions against foreign individuals, entities, or governments that interfere in United States elections.
Key Details of the Order
National Emergency:
The order declared a national emergency to address the threat of foreign actors attempting to influence, alter, or undermine public confidence in U.S. elections.Definition of Interference: It broadly covered unauthorized access to election and campaign infrastructure, as well as the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation.
Intelligence Assessments:
It required the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to conduct a thorough assessment of any foreign interference within 45 days after a federal election.
Sanctions and Penalties:
If foreign interference was detected, the order directed the Department of the Treasury and the Department of State to recommend blocking sanctions and other penalties against the responsible foreign parties.
Executive Order 13848 does not have a set expiration date, but the underlying national emergency it relies on must be renewed annually by the president to remain active.
