TODAY — New Year Special 🎉 Zetseat Church, Sarbet | 9:30 AM This is kairos — not a date on a calendar, but the appointed moment when what God has already finished starts to show. He's already given us our verse for this year: "He shall cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit." — Isaiah 27:6 We take root today. Happy New Year, Zetseat Youth family! 🎉 As we cross into this new season, it's worth sitting with a word Scripture uses instead of just "time" — "kairos". Not a date on a calendar, but an appointed, opportune moment: the right time for something to happen. So what actually gives a season its character? Not the calendar — but PEOPLE. A season takes its shape from who is living in it, and what they carry. Here's the shift for us: when we become aware of what has already been given to us through Jesus Christ — through the cross and His resurrection — that awareness is what lets us manifest as children of God. And that is what changes the color of a season. Not new information from heaven. Recognition of what's already true. When God says, "It's time for you," He isn't creating something new in that moment. He's making you aware of what His Son already finished thousands of years ago. The victory isn't being made — it's being revealed to us. But revelation still needs a voice. Nothing moves from the spiritual realm into the physical without being declared first. Ezekiel stood over a valley of dry bones and had to prophesy to them before they became an army (Ezekiel 37). The word has to be spoken before it becomes flesh. Our declarations matter. Every promise in the Bible belongs to us. But God highlights specific portions of it for specific seasons — He draws our attention to exactly what we need to carry us through what's ahead. For this season, here is what He is highlighting over us: "He shall cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit." — Isaiah 27:6 (KJV) This is our declaration over the year ahead. We are taking root. We will blossom. We will bud. And we will fill this world with fruit. Happy New Year, Zetseat Youth. Let's walk into it wide awake to what Christ has already done — and let's keep declaring it until it takes shape all around us. 🌱
