How we long to go there and live that life forever, don’t we? Yeah, this is a misconception that has become a lifestyle. We wait and wait for the day we ‘leave’ earth to ‘live’ Heaven, enjoying this short life until the day our soul departs us to triumph in the ‘countless number of days- eternity’. See, the biggest regret is dying without living; going to Heaven one day and realizing that eternity doesn’t begin when your soul farewell’s earth, but when your spirit farewell’s the world while it was still in it- when you received Christ as your savior. In fact, eternity is not countless number of days but a quality of life Jesus has given us. We can’t mark our calendars so as to ‘begin’ living in Heaven, for Heaven is already living in us. Don’t be fooled into thinking that the life you have with Jesus is a game of numbers; it is a quality, a lifestyle. Jesus dwells in you, and you dwell in Him.
