✅️مثال يوضح سوء التواصل او Miscommunication.
✅️للعلم سوء التواصل ادى الى كارثة في سنة 1988 في محطة Piper Alpha لاستخراج النفط والغاز، راح ضحيتها 167 شخص والى الان لم تقدر الخسائر المالية بسبب هذه الكارثة.
بعد هذه الكارثة اصبح تدريب مهارات التواصل من اهم الكورسات التدريبية على مستوى العالم واصبحت هنالك معاهد عالمية متخصصة فقد في تدريب مهارات التواصل حتى لرؤساء الدول مثل Communication Lab (مؤسسة تدريبية تعنى بتدريب قادة ورؤساء الدول الامريكان حول مهارات التواصل الفعال).
