A Long Life Upon the Sunnah Benefit Transmitted by Ash-Shaykh Abee Hudayfah Abdul-Ghani Al-Omaree(( حفظه الله)) 💢 What Did Shaykh Nasir al-Albani رحمه الله Say About Himself After He Had Surpassed the Age of Eighty-Four? 💢 ▪️ In Sahih Mawarid az-Zam'an (2087), in the hadith of Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه, who said: The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (( أعمار أمتي ما بين الستين إلى السبعين، وأقلهم من يجوز ذلك )). The lifespans of my Ummah are between sixty and seventy years, and few of them surpass that. Ibn 'Arafah said: And I am among those few. ▫️ Shaykh Nasir al-Albani رحمه الله commented: I say: And I too am among those few, for I have surpassed the age of eighty-four, asking the Lord, Glorified and Exalted is He, to make me among those whose lives are prolonged and whose deeds are good. Yet despite this, I almost find myself wishing for death because of the deviation from the Religion that has afflicted the Muslims and the humiliation that has descended upon them, even at the hands of the most humiliated. But far be it from me that I should wish for death, for the hadith of Anas has remained before me since my early youth. Thus, I have nothing to say except what my Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم commanded me to say: اللهم أحيني ما كانت الحياة خيرا لي، وتوفني إذا كانت الوفاة خيرا لي O Allah, keep me alive for as long as life is better for me, and cause me to die when death is better for me. And I supplicate with that which he صلى الله عليه وسلم taught me: اللهم متعنا بأسماعنا وأبصارنا وقوتنا ما أحييتنا، واجعله الوارث منا O Allah, grant us continued enjoyment of our hearing, our sight, and our strength for as long as You keep us alive, and make them remain with us until the end of our lives. ▫️ And He, Glorified is He, graciously answered me and granted me the continued enjoyment of all of that. So here I am, still: 1. Researching, 2. Verifying and authenticating, 3. Writing with an energy rarely matched, 4. Performing the voluntary prayers while standing, 5. And driving the car myself across vast distances. ▫️ I mention this in accordance with the saying of Allah: ﴿ وأما بنعمة ربك فحدث ﴾ And proclaim the Grace of your Lord. [Surah Ad-Duha, 93:11] Hoping from the Lord, Glorified and Exalted is He: 1. That He increases me from His bounty, 2. That He causes all of these blessings to remain with me until the end of my life, 3. That He causes me to die as a Muslim upon the Sunnah, to which I have devoted my life in Da'wah and writing, 4. And that He joins me with the martyrs and the righteous. ﴿ وحسن أولئك رفيقا ﴾ And excellent indeed are those as companions. Indeed, He is All-Hearing, Responsive. End of the words of Shaykh Nasir al-Albani(( رحمه الله)) Source: Sahih Mawarid az-Zam'an (2087) Translated by ✍️ Abū Zakariyyah SaadiQ https://t.me/abdulghaneeEngOmaree1

The Condition of Abū Ṣuhayb Bassām, ʿĀṣim Al-Qaryūtī and Brixton Masjid 📩Question:📩 As-salāmu ʿalaykum wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuh. Is there evidence concerning Shaykh Abū Ṣuhayb Bassām regarding what was mentioned about him being upon the methodology of tamyeeʿ (watering down and compromising the methodology)? Regarding Brixton Masjid, we visited there for a three-day conference with Shaykh ʿĀṣim al-Qaryūtī. My question is: are there also issues concerning Brixton Masjid and Shaykh ʿĀṣim al-Qaryūtī? Bārakallāhu fīkum. 📨 Answered By 📨 📝Ash-Shaykh Salīm ibn ʿEid Al-Hilālī ((حفظه الله)): As for Brixton Masjid, I do not know their current condition. However, al-Qaryūtī is like al-Ḥalabī and al-Maʾribī. Their condition became apparent during the events in Gaza, as they defended the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Hamas movement and accused the Salafis of being Zionists. Previous Statement of the Shaykh Concerning Abū Ṣuhayb Bassām: He is known, but he is not trustworthy. He is upon the methodology of the people of tamyeeʿ (watering down and compromising the methodology). https://t.me/DawahFromYemenEng1

The Condition of Abū Ṣuhayb Bassām (from Jordan) 📩Question:📩 A Brother mentioned that Abū Ṣuhayb Bassām (from Jordan) has a playlist containing lessons and benefits from the following individuals: - Shaykh ʿAlī al-Ḥalabī - Professor/Shaykh Bāsim al-Jawābirah - Professor Ziyād al-ʿAbbādī - Professor/Shaykh ʿĀṣim al-Qaryūtī - Dr./Shaykh Ḥusayn al-ʿAwāyishah - Dr./Shaykh Akram Ziyādah - Shaykh Aḥmad al-Khashshāb The Brother is asking whether it is permissible to listen to and benefit from Abū Ṣuhayb Bassām and these individuals, particularly in matters of ʿaqīdah and manhaj. He also mentioned that Abū Ṣuhayb Bassām recommended Brixton Masjid and, as far as he remembers, used to visit it when he came to the UK. Furthermore, Abū Ṣuhayb Bassām teaches from the books of Ash-Shaykh Salīm Al-Hilālī, including Why I Chose Salafiyyah, and uses the Shaykh’s name in connection with his teaching. Could you please clarify his condition and the condition of these individuals, and whether his lessons may be benefited from? 📨Answered by 📨⤵️ 📝Ash-Shaykh Salīm ibn ʿEid Al-Hilālī ((حفظه الله)): “He is known, but he is not trustworthy. He is upon the methodology of the people of tamyeeʿ (watering down and compromising the methodology). Al-Ḥalabī and Mashhūr deviated, just as al-Maʾribī, al-Burʿī, and al-Imām did. They distorted the methodology of al-Albānī, especially Mashhūr. He is a pernicious (harmful) Surūrī.” Note:⤵️ The brothers in London are advised to benefit from our brothers at Masjid Imām Muqbil, at the forefront of whom is our Shaykh Abū ʿAṭiyyah Maḥmūd, who is known to us. In Times of War, Beware of the Sin of Spreading Everything You Hear ✍️ Ash-Shaykh Abee Mundhir 'Ammar Al-Hawbanee ((حفظه الله)) During times of war, news, rumours, and false reports of victories abound, so do not make your phone a bridge for everything that reaches you. Verify before you publish, and do not say, “I am just a messenger!” For you are responsible for what you share. The Prophet ((ﷺ ))said: «“It is enough of a lie for a person to narrate everything he hears.”» Spreading reports of victories that have not occurred is harmful and brings no benefit. It causes people to lose trust in truthful media, creates false hopes that are then followed by disappointment, and may even serve the enemy without the one spreading them realizing it. Likewise, do not share anything that reveals locations or movements, or anything that frightens and discourages people. Not everything you hear should be published, nor do you know the true reality of every video clip. Guard your tongue and your phone, for a single press of “Send” may be recorded for you or against you. https://t.me/AlMaktabahassuniyyah101 https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vb60QirKQuJPqxVe9E27 https://t.me/mnamk T&T by :⤵️ Abu Zakarriyah SaadiQ

Strength upon Strength 🎙Ash-Shaykh Yūsuf Asha'rabee ((حفظه الله)) The Shaykh حفظه الله began with the statement of the Prophet ((ﷺ)) احْرِصْ عَلَى مَا يَنْفَعُكَ، وَاسْتَعِنْ بِاللَّهِ، وَلَا تَعْجَزْ Be keen upon that which benefits you, seek the help of Allāh, and do not become helpless. He then mentioned the ḥadīth: الْمُؤْمِنُ الْقَوِيُّ خَيْرٌ وَأَحَبُّ إِلَى اللَّهِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِ الضَّعِيفِ، وَفِي كُلٍّ خَيْرٌ The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allāh than the weak believer, while there is good in both. The Shaykh حفظه الله explained that Allāh سبحانه وتعالى aids His servant. He mentioned the statement of the Prophet ((ﷺ)) وَاللَّهُ فِي عَوْنِ الْعَبْدِ مَا كَانَ الْعَبْدُ فِي عَوْنِ أَخِيهِ Allāh continues to aid the servant so long as the servant is aiding his brother. When a person helps and aids his brother, Allāh سبحانه وتعالى aids him in obedience to Him and makes him stronger in his īmān, granting him strength upon strength (قوة على قوة). Allāh سبحانه وتعالى is ذُو الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِينُ — the Owner of Power, the Most Strong, and He grants strength to whomever He wills. When Allāh sees His servant striving to assist his brother in need, He aids and strengthens him. This assistance to one's brother includes teaching him the religion of Allāh عز وجل, helping him upon goodness, and assisting him in permissible matters of the dunyā as well. Thus, when the servant strives to aid his brother, Allāh aids him; and when he seeks Allāh's help, strives for what benefits him, and remains upon obedience, Allāh grants him strength in his īmān and obedience. استعن بالله ]— Seek the Aid of Allaah From Tonight's Lecture @Masjid Hamzah Between Maghrib and ʿIshāʾ Friday, 7 Rabīʿ ath-Thānī 1448 AH 18 September 2026 Transmitted by: Abū Zakarriyah SaadiQ Taris Seiyun, hadramout https://t.me/DawahFromYemenEng1

True Strength Is Through Obedience to Allāh 🎙 Ash-Shaykh Yūsuf Asha'rabee ((حفظه الله)) And Maasjids wherein the Name of Allāh is mentioned much. [Al-Ḥajj 22:40] Truly, Allāh will help those who help His (Cause). Verily, Allāh is All-Strong, All-Mighty. Thus, the one who is strong and granted victory is the one who supports the religion of Allāh and stands firmly against His enemy. Do you not see the statement of Allāh, the Mighty and Majestic: [Al-Mujādilah 58:22] You (O Muhammad ﷺ) will not find any people who believe in Allāh and the Last Day, making friendship with those who oppose Allāh and His Messenger (Muhammad ﷺ), even though they were their fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred (people). For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with Rūḥ (proofs, light and true guidance) from Himself. Meaning, He strengthened them with power, victory, and assistance. All of these meanings have been mentioned by the commentators concerning His statement, and strengthened them with Rūḥ from Himself meaning, with strength, victory, and support from Allāh, Glorified and Exalted is He. Therefore, the strong one and the one who is granted victory is the one who supports the religion of Allāh through obedience to Him and through his faith. Allāh, the Exalted, says:⤵️ [Aṣ-Ṣāffāt 37:171–173] And, verily, Our Word has gone forth of old for Our slaves, the Messengers, That they verily would be made triumphant, And that Our hosts! they verily would be the victors. This is something Allāh has sworn to. And, verily, Our Word has gone forth of old yes, by Allāh, it has certainly gone forth. When you see the lām occurring in such a context, it occurs in the response to an oath; and when you see it in this construction, it is part of the response to an oath. Meaning: By Allāh, that they verily would be made triumphant, and that Our hosts! they verily would be the victors. Therefore, the strong person is the one who seeks the assistance of his Lord through obedience to Him. Whoever is strong in his religion, firmly adhering to it and steadfast upon it, is the one who remains firm when confronting the enemies. He is the one who remains steadfast when encountering the disbelievers because he is strong through obedience to Allāh. Likewise, whoever holds firmly to the religion of Allāh and devotes himself to Islamic knowledge night and day is the one who remains steadfast. The Prophet ((ﷺ)) possessed the Greatest knowledge of Allāh, the Exalted, and he was the one who remained steadfast during times of severe hardship. ʿAlī رضي الله عنه said:⤵️ When the fighting became intense, we would seek protection with the Prophet(( ﷺ)) Indeed, the courageous one among us was the one who could remain alongside the Prophet ((ﷺ)) because he possessed strength. He possessed knowledge of Allāh, which produced Tawḥīd and fear of Allāh. The Prophet ((ﷺ)) said: Indeed, I am the most knowledgeable of you concerning Allāh and the one who fears Him the most. As has been authentically reported from the Prophet ((ﷺ)) And this is how the servant becomes stronger. A Small Clarification We would just like to clarify a small misunderstanding regarding our brother and ustādh Abū Hurayrah al-Britānī, حفظه الله ورعاه, and the translation of the book Al-Ḥasad. Our brother had a number of prior work commitments and engagements that he needed to complete. At the same time, we had a deadline concerning the book, as we were advised and requested by the mashāyikh to complete it as soon as possible so that it could proceed to printing. Due to the limited time available, and with the agreement of our ustādh, حفظه الله, we proceeded with completing the translation. We mention this only because there may have been some misunderstanding concerning his involvement with the translation. Our brother and ustādh, حفظه الله ورعاه, will continue working with us, بإذن الله, on other upcoming projects and books. Among the upcoming works is Kitāb at-Tawḥīd by Shaykh ʿAbd al-Raḥmān Radmān al-Ḥubayshī, حفظه الله تعالى. We simply wanted to clarify the matter so that there is no misunderstanding. جزاه الله خيرًا وبارك الله فيه وفي جهوده. Mentioned by our brother Abū Zakariyyah SaadiQ https://t.me/DawahFromYemenEng1

An Excerpt from Pitfalls on the Path of the Caller to Allāh and Their Remedies Al-Ḥāfidh Ibn ʿAsākir ((رحمه الله)) mentioned in the biography of the devoted worshipper and admonisher ʿAbd al-Wāḥid ibn Zayd al-Baṣrī that he said: I supplicated to Allāh to show me my companion in Paradise. It was said to me in a dream: She is a woman in Kūfah called Maymūnah as-Sawdāʾ. I travelled to Kūfah to see her. I was told: She is tending sheep in such-and-such a valley. I went to her and found her standing in prayer while the sheep grazed around her. Wolves were among the sheep, yet the sheep did not flee from them and the wolves did not attack the sheep. When she completed her prayer, she said: O Ibn Zayd, our appointed meeting is not here; our appointed meeting is there. I asked her about the wolves and the sheep. She replied: I rectified what was between me and my Master, so He rectified what was between the wolves and the sheep. I said to her: Admonish me. She replied: How astonishing that an admonisher should be admonished! O Ibn Zayd, if you were to place the scales of justice over your limbs, I would inform you of a concealed and safeguarded matter. O Ibn Zayd, it has reached me that whenever a servant is given something of this worldly life and then seeks it eagerly, Allāh removes from him the sweetness of private worship. He replaces nearness with distance and companionship with loneliness. Allāh, the Most High, says: يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ ۝ كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُوا۟ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ O you who believe! Why do you say that which you do not do? Most hateful it is with Allāh that you say that which you do not do. [Sūrah aṣ-Ṣaff 61:2–3] She then recited: O admonisher who stands without reckoning, restraining people from sins: You forbid them while you yourself have fallen into them; by my life, this is indeed a grievous evil. You forbid deviation and persistence in wrongdoing while you are like one who is doubtful concerning that prohibition. Had you rectified yourself before doing this, you would have changed or repented from nearby. Then what you said, my beloved, would have found a truthful place within the hearts. End quote from his Tafsīr, 1/250. Book Translated by: Abū Zakarriyah SaadiQ As-Somaalee Umm ʿAbdirraḥmān as-Sūdāniyyah Abū Juwayriyah Nūruddīn Al-Idi An-Nījīrīyy The English translation of Pitfalls on the Path of the Caller to Allāh and Their Remedies will be available soon, inshallaah. https://t.me/DawahFromYemenEng1
