🏴😞🇮🇶 — An IED exploded targeting a convoy of the Jughaifa militia in the Anbar desert (Badia al-Jazira), striking an armored Toyota Land Cruiser carrying the militia's founder and leader, Mandol al-Satam al-Jughaifi. The blast resulted in damage to the vehicle, while Al-Jughaifi survived the attack. The Jughaifa is a tribal militia established in 2014 when IS took control of most cities in the Anbar governorate. Considered a local arm of the Iranian-backed Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), the militia is responsible for fighting IS across Haditha, the Jazeera Desert, Wadi Houran, Rawa, Rutba, Al-Tharthar, Al-Nakhib, and Al-Baaj. @Conflict_Monitor

Hebrew media reported that an attack planned to be carried out on the "Forum" club in Beersheba using a car bomb was thwarted by a 20-year-old "Abdullah Al-Jarawi," resident of the Segev Shalom settlement in the Negev. According to the indictment, Jarjawi began following social media content related to the Islamic State in 2022, before this allegedly developed into ideological adoption and support for the organization, along with establishing direct contact with its supporters and accessing their materials. The mediator and negotiator with the Islamic State's Sahel province (ISSP) was (Cherif Ould Tahir), a Malian Arab businessman with ties to smuggling networks in the Sahel region and to regional armed groups. The Libyan National Army (LNA) took custody of Kevin Rideout and transported him by air to Benghazi in eastern Libya.
