| 2 | Why do we spread knowledge despite our own shortcomings?
Al-Imām Ibn ʿUthaymīn (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
"Know—may Allah have mercy upon you—that if any one of you attends even a single gathering of knowledge, learns one issue from it, acts upon it, and then teaches it to his brothers, he will attain immense good. The reward for it, and the reward of everyone who acts upon it, will continue to be recorded for him until the Day of Resurrection.
Do not think that the virtue of knowledge is attained only by someone who has acquired extensive scholarship. Rather, Allah, the Exalted, will reward every person according to their deeds, even if they are few.
'And they will not be wronged even as much as the speck on a date stone.' (Qur'an 4:124)

Arabic:
اللهم إني أعوذ بك أن أشرك بك وأنا أعلم وأستغفرك لما لا أعلم
Transliteration:
Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika an ushrika bika wa anā aʿlam, wa astaghfiruka limā lā aʿlam.
Translation:
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from associating anything with You knowingly, and I seek Your forgiveness for what I do unknowingly.
Repeat it, share with others and teach your loved ones.

🔴 Reminder
It is narrated in the two Ṣaḥīḥs that Abū Hurairah رضي الله عنه said:
«My beloved friend (the Messenger of Allah ﷺ) advised me to observe three practices: to fast three days of every month, to pray two rakʿahs of Duḥā, and to perform the Witr prayer before going to sleep.»
It is also reported in Sunan Abī Dāwūd from Qatādah ibn Malḥān al-Qaysī رحمه الله:
«The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to command us to fast the White Days—the 13th, 14th, and 15th of each lunar month. He said: 'Fasting these days is like fasting for a lifetime.»
The Ayyām al-Bīḍ (White Days) for this month begin tomorrow (Sunday) and end on Tuesday.
Try your best to observe these fasts, and encourage others to do the same.
Also remember that we are currently in the Sacred Month of Allah, al-Muḥarram, and the Prophet ﷺ said:
«The best fasting after Ramadan is the fasting in the month of Allah, al-Muḥarram.»
Do not let this great opportunity pass you by.

📌 Reminder: A Great Opportunity Tomorrow
Tomorrow, by the permission of Allah, is 'Āshūrā', and it also falls on Thursday.
Both fasting on the Day of 'Āshūrā' and fasting on Thursdays are from the Sunnah. Therefore, whoever fasts tomorrow intending both the fast of 'Āshūrā' and the Sunnah fast of Thursday may hope to attain the reward of both, by Allah's permission.
✅ The Prophet ﷺ said regarding 'Āshūrā':
"I hope from Allah that it expiates the sins of the previous year."
(Reported by Muslim)
✅ And he ﷺ used to fast on Thursdays, and when asked about it, he said:
"That is a day on which deeds are presented to the Lord of the worlds, and I love that my deeds be presented while I am fasting."
(Reported by An-Nasā'ī and others)
So do not miss this blessed opportunity. Fast seeking Allah's reward, renew your intention, and encourage your family and friends to do the same.
May Allah accept our fasting, forgive our sins, and grant us steadfastness upon His obedience. آمين

| 14 | A reminder to fast Tāsūʿāʾ (the 9th of Muḥarram) and ʿĀshūrāʾ (the 10th of Muḥarram).
Imam Muslim narrated in his Sahih from Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ was asked about fasting on the Day of ʿĀshūrāʾ, and he said:
"Fasting the Day of ʿĀshūrāʾ, I hope from Allah that it will expiate the sins of the previous year."
Abdullah bin 'Abbas reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
If I live till the next (year), I would definitely observe the fast on the 9th(Muharram). Reported by Muslim
This year's Tāsū'ā falls on Wednesday 24th of June, while 'Āshūrā falls on the next day.
Try to fast, and remind others.
