 +2I would argue (as many have) that believing you don't have free will is, one, in fact true you would be believing something that is objectively true and second, liberating.
Most of our suffering comes from believing we have control over our actions, even our anger/disappointment toward others comes from that (somewhat).
It also comes from the fact that we think we're an agent that's going through life instead of being identical to it (that's another illusion).
