SUMMARY OF SĪRAH
PART 2⃣4⃣: THE FIRST MIGRATION TO ABYSSINIA
1⃣. When the Prophet ﷺ saw the harm and various forms of punishment inflicted upon his companions, he commanded them to migrate to Abyssinia.
2⃣ Thus, ten of his companions and five women migrated (¹), including Uthman ibn Affan and his wife Ruqayyah (may ALLĀH be pleased with them), the daughter of the Messenger of ALLĀH ﷺ.
3⃣. They returned after three months due to the pain of being strangers and their small number.
4⃣. This occurred in the fifth year of prophethood, marking the first migration in Islam.
📚 Khulāsatu Nūrul Yaqīn
Translation: AlBaseerah
(1) Some books of Sirah mention that 16 companions, including 12 men and 4 women, undertook the first migration to Abyssinia.

SUMMARY OF SĪRAH
PART 2⃣3⃣: THE DEMANDS OF THE QURAYSH FROM THE PROPHET ﷺ
1⃣. When Quraysh realized that harm was not benefiting them but rather increasing the Muslims' faith and certainty, they went(¹) to the Messenger of ALLĀH ﷺ.
2⃣. They asked him to worship their gods and in return, they would worship his God. So ALLĀH revealed Surah Al-Kafirun.
3⃣. When they despaired, they asked him to remove from the Qur'an what offended them regarding their gods and worship, or replace it with another Qur'an.
4⃣. So ALLĀH revealed a response to them:
قُلۡ مَا يَكُونُ لِىٓ أَنۡ أُبَدِّلَهُۥ مِن تِلۡقَآئِ نَفۡسِىٓۖ Say, 'It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I only follow what is revealed to me.'(10:15) (1) Before they went to him, they sent Uqbah ibn Al-Walid to him. Uqbah went to him and said, "O son of my brother, you are one of us, as as I know that you are among the best among us in terms of kinship and lineage. You have brought to your people a matter of great significance that has divided their community, ridiculed their beliefs, rejected their gods and religion, and disbelieved in the ways of their ancestors. Listen to me: if you seek wealth, we will gather wealth for you from our riches until you become the wealthiest among us. If you seek honor, we will honor you above us. And if what comes to you from the jinn is beyond your control, we will find a healer for you." When he finished, the Messenger of ALLĀH ﷺ read the first verses of Surah Fussilat to him. Uqbah held his hand and asked him to stop, but when he returned, he advised his people to leave him, but they refused. 📚Khulāsatu Nūrul Yaqīn Translation: AlBaseerah #KnowYourProphet https://t.me/prophetic_Seerah http://bio.link/albaseerah

REMINDER: FASTING AL-AYYAM AL-BEED FOR JUMĀDAL-ŪLĀ 1447AH
The white days of the month refer to the 13th, 14th, and 15th of each lunar month. The moon is at its fullest and most luminous during this period. Fasting on these days is sunnah, mentioned in various hadith.
Abu Dharr said: The Messenger of ALLĀH ﷺ said to me: "If you fast any part of the month, then fast the 13th, 14th, and 15th." {An-Nasai #2424}
Abdullāh ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As said: The Messenger of ALLĀH ﷺ said to me: "It is sufficient for you to fast three days every month because, for every good deed, you will have ˹the reward of˺ ten like it, so that will be like fasting for a lifetime." {Al-Bukhārī #1874}
Abu Hurayrah said: "My close friend (the Prophet ﷺ) advised me to do three things which I will not give up until I die: fasting three days of each month, praying Duha, and sleeping after Witr." {Muslim #721}

SUMMARY OF SĪRAH
PART 1⃣8⃣: QURAYSH’S FANATICISM TOWARDS THE PROPHET ﷺ
1⃣. The Quraysh’s love for the Prophet ﷺ was replaced by hatred, their closeness to him was replaced by distance, his truthfulness became lies, and his actions were ridiculed.
2⃣. This change occurred since he called them to worship ALLĀH alone, criticized their idols, and refer to everyone who worshipped them as misguided.
3⃣. They went to his uncle (Abū Tālib) and asked him to stop the Prophet ﷺ from insulting their idols and proclaiming their ancestors as misguided.
4⃣. His uncle responded to them in a beautiful manner, while the Prophet ﷺ continued to spread the religion and uphold the word of truth.

SUMMARY OF SĪRAH
PART 1⃣7⃣: THE PROPHET GATHERED HIS FAMILY AND RELATIVES
1⃣. The Prophet ﷺ gathered his family and relatives when the verse was revealed to him:
وَأَنذِرۡ عَشِیرَتَكَ ٱلۡأَقۡرَبِینَ
And warn your closest kindred. (26:214)
2⃣. He delivered to them the message of his Lord¹ and warned them of the punishment of a great day:
یَوۡمَ لَا یَنفَعُ مَالࣱ وَلَا بَنُونَ
A day when wealth and children will not avail. (26: 88)
3⃣. The people spoke softly to him, except his uncle Abū Lahab, who was his fiercest enemy.
4⃣. He (Abū Lahab) rejected the proposal fiercely, and demanded that they seize him. Abū Tālib said to him: 'By ALLĀH, we will protect him as long as we are alive.'
(1) He said to them: "A messenger does not lie to his people. By ALLĀH, if all the people were to lie, I would not lie to you. If all the people were to be deceitful, I would not deceive you. By ALLĀH Whom there is no god but HIM, I am surely a messenger of ALLĀH to you specifically and to the people entirely. By ALLĀH, you will surely die just as you sleep, and you will surely be resurrected just as you awake from sleep. You will be held accountable for your deeds, and you will be rewarded for goodness and punished for evil. Indeed, it is either eternal Paradise or eternal Hellfire."

SUMMARY OF SĪRAH
PART 1⃣6⃣: DA'WAH PUBLICLY
1⃣. Da'wah continued secretly for three years, during which many nobles and commoners responded.
2⃣. After that, the command to make Da'wah public came with the verse:
فَٱصۡدَعۡ بِمَا تُؤۡمَرُ وَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنِ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِینَ
"So declare what you have been commanded and turn away from the polytheists" {Al-Hijr: Verse 94}.
3⃣. He ﷺ ascended Mount Safa and called his people. When they gathered, he asked them, "Will you believe me if I tell you something important?" They all replied, "Yes, we have never experienced lying from you since your childhood until now." He then said, "Save yourselves from the Fire! I am a warner to you from a severe punishment."
Upon hearing this, Abu Lahab said to him, "May you perish, O Muhammad! Is this why you gathered us?"
In response to him, ALLĀH revealed:
تَبَّتۡ یَدَاۤ أَبِی لَهَبࣲ وَتَبَّ
"May the hands of Abu Lahab perish and perish he!" to the end of the Surah.

O you enveloped in garments, arise and warn, and magnify your Lord, and purify your garments, and ˹continue to˺ shun idols. And do not confer favor to acquire more. And be patient for the sake of your Lord! {Al-Muddaththir: 1-7}
