⁉️TO THE ATTENTION OF REFER/DEFER STUDENTS,
Please be informed that the in-class test on the following two modules will be held next week (8-12 June 2026) as follows:
1) Mathematics for Economists, Friday 12 June 2026, at 10:00-11:15, in IB309 and IB316.
2) Applied Mathematics for Economists, Tuesday 9 June 2026, at 11:30-13:00, in IB301 (or IB302).
✅The Refer/Defer midterm exam schedule is available on the Intranet site of the Registrar's Office.
📌Please come at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the test to the rooms indicated in the attached MS Excel lists.
📌The Refer/Defer assessment instructions have been uploaded to the module Intranet in the folder Other.
📌In general, the conditions of the Refer/Defer assessments will be the same as those of the initial ones.

📢 Kindly be informed that the Enrolment Procedure is now open and you must ENROL in the Student Record System (SRS) via https://srs.wiut.uz/ for the 2026/2027 academic year. The deadlines for the Enrolment Procedure are as follows:
- For students with NO REFERRAL / DEFERRAL assessments from the 2nd of June till 10th of August 2026
- For students with REFERRAL / DEFERRAL assessments from 20th of July till 10th of August 2026

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR ALL CIFS AND LEVEL 4 STUDENTS
If you have been awarded Condoned Credit for a module, this means you have PASSED the module, and you are NOT allowed to attempt any assessment components of that module during the Referral/Deferral Assessment period.
Your attempt for a condoned module will NOT be considered if you:
submit coursework,
deliver a presentation,
resit an in-class test/exam, or
complete any other form of assessment.
📌 If your module outcome is shown as PASS in your SRS profile, this means you are EXEMPT FROM ANY FURTHER ASSESSMENT (e.g. exam, coursework, etc.), even if one of the assessment components is marked as R (Referral).
📝 Please attempt the relevant assessment if you received a REFERRAL result for the module and your overall mark is:
below 40 for UG students (Level 3, 4, 5 and 6)
below 50 for PG students (Level 7)

Dear Students,
If you are considering an academic appeal, please first review your assignment feedback and discuss any concerns with your Module Leader.
Appeals can only be submitted in cases of a material irregularity in University procedures or Board decisions that affected your mark.
Before applying, make sure that:
✔️ Your marks are officially confirmed
✔️ You met with your Module Leader
✔️ You have supporting evidence
📅 Submission period: 1 June – 19 June 2026
📩 Submit the signed appeal form and evidence via email.
⏳ Review period: up to 20 working days
⚠️ Referred assessments must still be completed during the appeal process.
⚠️ Academic judgement cannot be appealed.

Exam Scripts requests for SEM 2 AY 25-26 ❗️
Dear Students,
Please note that you may request access to Final Examination and In-Class Test scripts that were submitted in hard copy only (non-electronic) during the SEMESTER 2 2025–26 Academic Year.
✅Requests must be submitted online between May 11th, 2026 (09:00 AM) and May 16th, 2026 (11:59 PM) via the following link
❔After the request period ends, please email the Module Leaders to arrange an appointment to review the scripts between May 18th to May 22nd , 2026
❗️Please ensure that you bring your student ID to the appointment.
Please note:
Online submissions (including coursework, portfolios, and take-home exams) remain available on the Intranet. Feedback can be accessed via SRS or the Intranet. If feedback is not available, please contact your Module Leader directly. Important: Students are not permitted to: remove scripts from the Dean’s Office; take photographs, scan, or make copies of the scripts in any format.

Regarding FoS appeal ⚠️
I would like to remind some University policies if you want to make an appeal. These are the steps that you can take:
⛓Make a script request during the open period in May. The email notification will be sent by the dean's office.
⛓We will arrange one day to meet with you after the end of the script request period and email the students in the list. You need to show up to see your paper exam script and our feedback.
⛓If you find any technical mistakes in marking, then you can make an appeal with the Registrar's Office. If there are no technical mistakes, then there is no reason to make an appeal.
