Some girls might not face much cultural or societal pressure, unlike women in other areas who carry a lot of responsibilities... taking care of family, managing work, and more. Men also work and learn, but the pressure on women is often greater. Women in Addis Ababa might not face the same pressures as those in regional areas. This affirmative action helps women access education and opportunities. They are capable, yes, but this support can make a real difference for some. This isn’t saying women are weak. It’s just a form of support, a way to acknowledge and compensate for past inequalities they have faced. Don't focus on the missing nail tho😂😂
