The charge that the NSN logo patch we wore on Australia Day is a nazi symbol has been dropped, my non-association bail condition has also been revoked. However they are continuing to prosecute me for the belt buckle I was wearing when I was arrested being a "nazi symbol" even though the swastika on it was removed to make it legal for sale in Germany. The prosecution absurdly argued that it was still a nazi symbol on the basis of an "expert witness" who's only degree is in "gender studies" and this somehow qualifies him to decide what a "nazi symbol" is. Thomas also had his nazi symbol charge dropped, but the prosecution said they need another week to work out if they want to drop the loitering charge or not. Therefore he still can't associate with me or the boys, for now. They're playing stupid games but none of this will stick and we will prevail.
