Shocking I tell ya!

In response to claims by some mainstream media outlets that the White Australia Party has been "ruled invalid", or "knocked back" by the AEC, this is simply false. The Facts. >The White Australia Party application was successfully filed with the AEC on the 25th of April 2026. >The Party received written confirmation from the AEC on the 28th of April 2026. >The AEC was made aware of the pending High Court challenge to the 'Hate Group Laws' by the White Australia Party. >The AEC was given a redacted list of 1780 members and informed that the members names would be unredacted once the High Court challenge succeeded. >The AEC responded that the audit to register the party would be paused pending the release of names. >The AEC is currently pausing all registrations until the Farrer by-election is completed on the 10th of July 2026. >The White Australia Party did not correspond with any anonymous sources or unofficial spokespersons in the AEC. The Lies. >The media spoke to anonymous sources in the AEC saying the application has been ruled invalid. Journalists decided today was the day to make up these lies because they are doing damage control to attempt to counter the success we had today getting our Constitutional Writ confirmed for the High Court in September. Furthermore there is a 10 day delay in the injunction so the Commonwealth can attempt to defend itself.
