Many people were arrested, and there have been reports of rape and abuse in detention.
The people of Iran supported the protesters, but the government crushed them.
After killing so many young people, they cut off the internet to hide their crimes from the world.
It was a terrifying and heartbreaking scene.
The streets were covered with the bodies of the victims, and their blood stained the ground.
