⚡️ First session of TNS (Neuroscience Club) officially started! We kept it simple: about 30 minutes of podcast watching, a short intro lecture, and just getting to know each other. Only one member showed up this time, but that’s not a problem. Every strong community starts somewhere, and this is just the beginning! Next session is happening next Sunday, same time, same place. We’ll be diving into one of the most underrated yet powerful parts of life: sleep. How it affects everything (from performance to mood) and why it’s actually the core of how we function.
