That is GAP support with consolidation candle . GAP support = two consecutive buyer's candle close and open price equal or meet each other or space between. If a indecion candle there then show consolidation. Once LTF you want order block there and bos (breakout as break and retest).

the candle outside the band is SL tp1 at the opposite band trail when price break the opposite band ..

point 2 and 3 using SEMA level 1 or 2 on M1 TF weak, only good for continuation entry after pointt 3 on M1 TF.
