1. Invitation relationship invalidation: Due to an anomaly in timestamp logic, a very small number of users (whose subordinates registered earlier than themselves) experienced a loss of their superior-subordinate binding relationships.
2. Circular hierarchy anomalies: A few individual users exploited system vulnerabilities to form illegal circular invitation chains (e.g., A→B→C→D→A), which disrupted the normal hierarchical structure.
Our technical team has identified and resolved the root causes. For the first type of issue, data will be automatically restored. For the second type, if your team is affected, please contact customer service for assistance in re-establishing the correct superior-subordinate relationships.
