My favorite show of all time is getting a reboot!! Please please PLEASE don't suck.. 🙏

I worked as a flagger for road construction for a few days through a temp agency in New Hampshire some years ago. The agency makes you watch a video and gives you a big stop&go sign and an orange vest and sends you on your way. Now, New Hampshire requires by law that all road construction jobs have flaggers. I got to the place after a little drive and it was 2 houses away from the end of a dead end street that was in the middle of nowhere. For 8 hours I stood there with the sign and in that whole time 3 cars had to go by and none of them were at the same time, I did absolutely nothing. A few hours into the day and the cops showed up to make sure the jobsite had flaggers. Those four days standing there, that was the most libertarian I have ever been.

Had to stop for gas today in a shitty area, that part was totally lame. But I did spot an elusive tumbleweave and I snapped this picture before making my escape.
