Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has issued another threat, specifically mentioning Kolkata.
He claims:
"They [plan] some kind of false-flag operation through their own men or through the Pakistanis in their detention by planting bodies somewhere and claiming they were terrorists who had done so and so...
If they try to enact such a drama this time, then God willing, we will take them to Kolkata."
In August 2025, the DG ISPR issued a similar threat regarding attacks in India from the eastern border, stating: "We will strike deeper within India, starting from the east."

UPDATE 🚨
According to the police of the occupational forces, the attack on Domel police station in Bannu district of Khyber Occupied Pakhtunkhwa was a suicide bombing, with the attacker detonating himself before reaching the premises, causing extensive damage to the police station and nearby houses.
Five people have lost their lives. A total of 13 people were injured, including three policemen.
The TTP has denied involvement in the blast, while Hafiz Gul Bahadar-led Ittehad-ul-Mujahideen Pakistan and linked factions have not issued any statements.
