الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتمّ الصالحات. أتمّ شيخنا حفظه الله تعالى شرح كتاب شرح السنة للإمام المزني رحمه الله تعالى. وكان الدرس في ستة مجالس مباركة. نسأل الله عز وجل أن ينفع به، وأن يبارك في علمه وعمله، وأن يجزيه خير الجزاء.

None of Our Scholars have Praised Hishām Al-Biyalī Shaykh ʿAbdul-Ilāh Ar-Rifāʿī (ḥafiẓahullāh) wrote:  In the Name of Allāh. All praise is due to Allāh, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allāh, his family, and all of his Companions. To proceed: As for Hishām Al-Biyalī, to the best of my knowledge, I do not know of any of our scholars, whether those who have passed away, may Allāh have mercy on them, or those who are still living, may Allāh preserve them, who have recommended him or spoken well of him. Years have passed while this has remained the case, and I still hold the same position. I personally witnessed our Shaykh, Rabīʿ, may Allāh have mercy on him, when Al-Biyalī and those with him visited him so that he could advise them. He was displeased with him and angry at him. If anything has changed regarding his affair, then the matter should be referred to the people of knowledge. And Allāh knows best. All praise is due to Allāh, Lord of all the worlds.
