Btw speaking of totals , one of my closest friends and one of the most technically knowledge people I know and the person that came to us with the MVP and idea for totals and is our co creator, finally created a channel after months of asking Check his channel out ,I'm sure you'll find him one of the most intriguing people in the Ethiopian tech community @yewe_detached

decoupling the calendar mode from the language took some time but it was worth it

started playing Shadow of the Colossus on a ps2 emulator i like how there are so many games that use the ps1 style these days so much that this feels like a contemporary game. only thing i had to get used to was the character movement's wooden puppet-like movement, i'm guessing its caused by the reliance on a blend of procedural and traditional animation (which is very impressive)

I spent the better part of April and this month working on the v1.3.2's features, and preparing Totals for the Play Store. It was an unexpectedly challenging road, with a few rejections, appeals/tickets, and false hopes along the way, primarily because of the tricky nature of having SMS permissions and because this was my first attempt at publishing an app. A pretty painful compromise was removing a new feature Yewe had worked on for weeks, just to be safe and avoid the possibility of further rejections On the bright side we'll have more time to polish it and it'll be the headliner for the v1.4 update. (Google never sent us a “you got approved” email after resubmission, and we had kind of decided to try our luck via the org account route. Then we found out we were already live on the Play Store because of a rating notice email, followed by checking the link a million times in incognito mode.)
