Read the job post carefully and show how your skills match. ⏺Show results, not just tasks. Look Instead of saying “Answered emails,” write “Answered 50+ customer emails something like this” ⏺Keep your format clean and simple. Use easy-to-read fonts and short bullet points. Leave some space so it’s not crowded. ⏺Proofread before sending. Check for spelling or grammar mistakes(Specially Email and Other Contact options). Read it out loud or ask someone you trust to review it. 🚫 What NOT to DO (These things don’t help) ⏺Don’t list every job you’ve ever had. Only include jobs and experiences that are related to the one you’re applying for. ⏺Don’t add personal details. You don’t need to include your age, photo, religion, or marital status. These are not needed. ⏺Don’t use overused words like “hardworking” or “team player.” Instead, show how you are hardworking by sharing real examples from your past work. ⏺Don’t send 50 resumes with the same format. It’s better to apply to fewer jobs but with a resume that fits each one well. ⏺Don’t worry about fancy design. If your resume is clear and easy to read, that’s enough. You don’t need colors or graphics. I think the don't parts are what we all did once but won’t anymore🙏
