The cluster munition strike carried out in Odessa was in regards to a workshop manufacturing and converting boats into USV/Sea drones. Hence the usage of cluster munitions to damage boats in a wide area. This is unconfirmed however but a possibility.

- The border will run across the Dniper River.
- The border will be more or less along the current lines
- The Russians won't stop until they take all of Ukraine
- The Russians will fully take Kharkhov, DPR, LPR, and Zaporizhya and take Odessa in peace deal.
- Russia will take all of Eastern Ukraine and establish buffer states between it and remains of Ukr.
- The Russians will only get Donbass and Crimea, being pushed back from everywhere else

At this particular campus, the police has locked all gets to prevent any escape.
