so this individual called @bosscat2 was a sketchy user at first, always stalling when he was supposed to pay and so on, but he wanted a fan sign off me, a cum tribute fan sign ik its pathetic but I need money, he said he wouild pay me 10$ first and 150$ after if I made it and proved my legitmacy, I did it, however, later on he just started stalling for whole 24 hours + and not paying me, just ignoring me
